1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Angles application (“App”) or visiting useangles.com (“Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Angles.

2. Description of Service

Angles is an iOS camera application that lets you record video in multiple formats simultaneously. The App offers free and paid subscription tiers that unlock additional features such as ProRes recording, manual exposure controls, and multi-device capture.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Angles. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access that is not caused by our negligence.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid features are available through auto-renewing subscriptions managed by the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you also agree to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

6. Your Content

All photos and videos you capture with Angles remain your property. They are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. You retain all rights to your content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
• Distribute, license, or sell the App or any derivative works

8. Intellectual Property

The Angles name, logo, website, and App (excluding your content) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

Angles is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angles and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the App or Website.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Angles at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. You may delete your account at any time through the App.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of Angles after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
