Angles (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Angles mobile application and the website at useangles.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

Account information

When you create an account we collect your email address and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Apple, we receive the identifiers Apple provides (which may include a relay email address).

Subscription & purchase data

Subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple’s App Store. We receive transaction and entitlement status from Apple but never see your payment card details.

Camera & media

Angles requires camera and microphone access to function. All photos and videos are recorded directly to your device. We do not upload, access, or store your media on our servers.

Diagnostics

We may collect anonymized crash reports and basic usage analytics to improve app stability and performance. These do not contain personally identifiable information.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Authenticate your account and manage subscriptions
• Provide, maintain, and improve the Angles app and website
• Send transactional emails (e.g., password resets) when you request them
• Diagnose bugs and monitor app stability
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google)— authentication and backend infrastructure
• Apple App Store— subscription billing and purchase verification

Each service processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account through the app, we remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data in transit and at rest. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access.

7. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also delete your account directly from the Account & Settings screen in the app.

8. Children’s Privacy

Angles is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Angles after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
